GPC-Systems for the analysis of residues
and contaminant in foods and environmental samples
The DFG(Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft or German
Research Council) S19 method for GPC Sample Cleanup
of Foods prior to GC or GCMS analysis.
The designation DFG S19 describes a chemical analytical
method which has developed into a European standard.
It has been included in the §35 Collection of
Methods of the Foodstuffs and Commodities Act under
the number L 00.00-34.
This method permits the analysis of more than 270 pesticides in vegetable foodstuffs.
Due to the large number of compounds to be proven, it is also called a multi-method.
